1. Program Overview
Momentum is an execution-based program built around 90-day cycles.
It includes a Quarterly Planning Day and Momentum Sessions delivered via Zoom at a set day and time.
The focus is on implementation, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
2. Membership & Billing
Momentum is a recurring subscription.
You may join on a monthly basis or commit to a 90-day cycle.
Your membership continues until cancelled.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are processed via Stripe.
Payments are automatically billed based on your selected plan (monthly or quarterly).
If a payment fails, access to Momentum may be paused until payment is resolved.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel at any time within the first 30 days with no notice required.
After the first 30 days, a minimum of 30 days notice is required to cancel.
During the notice period, all payments remain due and access continues.
5. Access & Participation

Sessions are held at a fixed time and are not customised for individual schedules.
You are expected to show up prepared and actively participate.
6. No Guarantees
Momentum is an execution-based program.
Results depend on your level of implementation, effort, and decision-making.
No guarantees of specific outcomes are provided.
7. Client Responsibility
Momentum operates on a standard of ownership and accountability.
No blaming.
No excuses.
No denial.
You are responsible for your actions, decisions, and results.
8. Changes to Program
We reserve the right to adjust session times, structure, or delivery format where required.
Any changes will be communicated in advance.
9. Communication
All communication, session details, and updates will be provided via email or nominated communication channels.
It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are current.
10. Privacy
Your information will be handled in accordance with standard privacy practices and will not be shared without consent, unless required by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
